Just found the site and decided that this was where I need to be!

I had a '68SS back in the early '80s and sold it (for $2700:clonk: ) and have wanted another every since!
I finally found a low mile, original owner, basket case '68 Malibu. I have a '96 350 LT1 and 4L60E to put in, but there is LOTS to do before that becomes a problem!

Believe me, I need all the help I can get, I only want to do this once!

Thanks (in advance :D ), I hope i will be able to help half as much as many of you have already helped me!

Thank you all for the warm welcome!
I am a firefighter in Roanoke and I teach airport firefighting at the major airports across the state. I find myself in Richmond quite often.
I also teach at an off road driving school in Gore, Va. (also close to Winchester).
Maybe I will get a chance to meet a couple of you and discuss Chevelles over a few cold adult beverages ;-)

Thanks again.
