They is not much "tilt" to a 70-72 Chevelle tilt column.

I used once from a 71 Elcamino.

Last I heard, Ididit and Flaming River do sell columns for 69 and newer. I know they sell them for my 66SS.

How much is not much. I like the wheel dropped down. Do you know how much of a drop I can get. I like the polished look, but am having trouble finding anyplace with a listing for a 70. Did they not come as an option?

There is a guy on ebay - gmtilt - that sells rebuilt steering colums for about $425. Seems high to me. Does anyone have any info on his columns?

You can get stock ones from ground up. The problem with IDIDIT and the later chevelles (and cars in general) is the ignition provision. They do make them but they aren't well advertised (for some reason or another).
