The way to interpret this is Mist Blue lower, Mist Blue upper, black painted wheels (as was the custom for full wheel cover equipped cars from MOST plants). I do remember a '70 Chevelle 300-deluxe (Canadian car) with Forest Green lower, Frost Green upper, and Frost Green wheels (base hubcap car). | ||
