Someone already tried to replace the trunk floor. That seam that runs around it is not factory. It looks like they glued it in. Lots of work there to do it right.

Is it solid? if its solid and your only interested in making it look better you could take a wire cup brush on a grinder, strip it to bare metal and take some fiberglass filler like Duraglass and smooth the seams out. Then prime it and blow some splatter paint in there.A far as replacing that rotted brace you would need to get that from a donar and weld it in.

the pans are solid, the edge seems im not sure on the part were the pan turns up to were the backseat pan starts is rotted in the corners. i want the trunk to be stabile but im not gonna replace the whole thing if i can help it
in the 2nd picture the corners part is were its rusted bad could i cut it out and just weld in flat sheet metal? i really dont care if it has like the original dips and grooves in the metal cuz im going to spray it with the splatter once its straighted out
and what shoudl i do for the corner by the fender?

WOW! I wish I had that much metal in the trunk of my '69!
There was absolutely nothing in the trunk of my car when I got it. The fuel tank was hanging by a thread (and the sender wire ;) ).
I bought the large centre trunk pan from www.crosscanadaparts.com (http://www.crosscanadaparts.com) and then used 16ga sheet metal to fabricate panels to fill all the gaps.
I had to make one large patch/panel to go from the rear valance panel to meet the trunk floor, and another one to mate the new pan to the tiny bit of factory metal left behind the rear seat back.
I also made the trunk drop panels that meet up at the bottom of the 1/4's, and the fuel tank support braces.
I had lots of time on my side, and 2 sheets of 16ga metal were less expensive than brand new panels.
Any tiny holes that were left in the trunk, and all the welded seams were coated with resin, then a strip of fiberglass cloth, then 2 more coats of resin. I'm just going to coat it with POR-15 or something thick to hide the 'glass and welds.
Now, I'm sure there are better ways to do the last part, but that's what I did to mine, and the thing is rock solid now.
Someone who knows the proper way to do it will be able to help you decide the best way to go about it.
