On my trim plate on the upper left corner is the number 058 . does this mean that it was built the 58th day of the year or built on the 8th day of the 5th month?

They are T0501ED which I assume means Towanda may 1st and it was a 396 -325 Hp for a standard transmission car. AM I CORRECT ?
