I own a 87 El Camino Conqista with all options The VIN is 8OH9HS903218 On the door handles are plaques that says LIMITED EDITION does anyone have any info about what it means

That cant be the complete VIN it needs 5 more digits in front of 80. Such as 3GCCW.

None of the numbers of your vin will break down that info. The first digits that are missing, should be 3GCCW as L65 stated, decode like this,
3= Country- Mexico
G= Manufacturer- GM
C= Make/type- Chevy truck
C= the GVWR (stands for?)- 4,001-5,000lbs.
W= series- El Camino
As for the rest:
80= body type- 2 door pickup delivery
H= Engine- V8 LG4 4 Barrel 305 with MD8 (THM 700R4, 4spd) or MW9 (THM 2004R, 4spd. w/ overdrive)
9= ?
H= model year- 1987
S= Assembly plant- Amos Arizpe Mexico
903218= Basic production numbers.

My Chevelle/El Camino numbers book does not mention a Limited Edition.
