You need to paste the complete URL to where ever the picture lives on the net.

IF the server that's hosting the picture allows hot linking you can put in front of the URL and after it (no spaces) then the picture will be displayed rather than just a link to it.

Ok, like I said copy the complete URL to the picture from your browser's address bar and paste it into your post with the tag before it and the tag after it.

It took me several attemps to get it to work. In my younger days i owned a 1968 Chevelle ss big block and a 1969 Copo camaro both new. Wish i had kept both cars. Chevelles and Camaros are my favorite cars.:hurray:

Most of the online photo hosting places don't allow you to use the img tag to display your pic. All you can do is links. Links work fine though :) Interesting hood setup you have there :thumbsup:

Marty, when you are linking your pic are you using the provided img tag from photbucket or are you adding it manually? The pic here is one I just grabbed from photo bucket....

I copied the url from the address bar, came back here, clicked the img icon. a small box poped up at upper left,I copied the url and hit OK, pic immediatly showed up in reply box,but when i hit "post reply" it didn't show.

If you look on your photo bucket page there is an auto img tag on the right of your pic. if you click on it the img tag will be added automatically. Then all you have to do is paste the link into the TC post window (ctrl+v) and the pic should display.
