Where exactly do I squirt the gas into my Edelbrock 750 carb to do a first time start up?

is it the one that looks like a Carter AFB or the Q-jet copy?

In either case you pour the gas into the float bowl vent. When doing that I use a VERY small funnel and the cap off of a spray paint can. If a small amount spills down the throat of the carb no worries. It'll help on initial start up. Note I said a SMALL amount. Don't be sloppy.

OK. I heard someone using one of those kids medicine droppers and thought that would be a good tool, just wasnt sure where to squirt it into.

I use an ear bulb, blue rubber gizmo you can get at the drugstore.
