What does the bottom of the parking light bracket bolt to in a 69 chevelle ss? There is a threaded nut or clip on the bottom of the bracket but nothing on the bumper to bolt it to . Thanks for any help

The clip on the BOTTOM of the parking light just has a rubber stop that just rests against the inside of the bumper face. The light attaches to the bumper by a clip on TOP of the parking light that takes two screws each through holes in the top horizontal flange of the bumper openings.
