I am going to order some PSA for all my new flex sanders that Eric told me about. I was thinking 80 for filler followed by 220 or 180 and then what about 500 for wet blocking the K-38? what do you guys use the most?

Zach, you got those flex sanders with the removable rods?? I must say if you did I LOVE THEM am sure you will as well.

As for filler I start out with 80 grit then finish it off with 180. You'll be amazed on how much smoother and flater that primer will lay down over 180 vs 80.

For block sanding primer use 180-220 it wont make that much difference but I use 180.

For wet sanding I go with 500 grit, but many other guys use 400.

Just in case you dont know but DONT wet sand with those flex sanders, especially the 6in one with the funny grip. This is coming right from the Horse's mouth the guy who invented them.
