Local glass company can only get tinted replacement glass with dark tint across the top. To me this does not look very good being that all of my other glass is clear. The said that this is all that is available. I'm not to sure about that. Anybody know if clear W/S glass is available and who is the manufacturer. Antenna in the W/S style. PPG? LOF? others?

Most windshields have the tint band so you don't get blinded so badly by the sun. Didn't your original W/S have the tint band? Non of the other windows get this tinted band but I see what your saying about the other windows being clear & your new one is tinted. Probably all you can get for a replacement.

You can get the correct OEM windshield from Pilkington Classics. I know someone that works for Pilkington, used to be an LOF office until bought out. I always had a new piece 2 days after I gave him a call. See if there is a local office/dealer in your area.
