Just found this site a few days ago and have found it very informative. About myself I am in the USAF with almost 16 years in so I am getting closer to the magic number of 20. I have my first car a 1971 Chevy Malibu that I have owned since 1984. We together have been through some interesting times ..some good and yes a few bad . It currently has a GM Goodwrench "Crate" 454, turbo 400, 2000 stall and a :( one legged 10 bolt with 2.73 gears not a race car or show car but it works for me. My plans for 2007 incude installing a AM/FM Cd in the glove box , front end rebuild...and the one task I dread getting into my interior heating system.
