Most shops only want to do insurance work so they either won't consider it or are way too overpriced. I am not opposed to spending money for good work. Let me know where you have had or heard of good work being done in Wisconsin or Minnesota. All Things Restored and Stouffers Classic Autos specialize in restorations and both turn out extraordinary work. i have had them both restore my Chevelles and Impalas. I am not sure what the price would be but he is a great guy. Stop by Napa off of Clairmont at the body shop and ask for Chris Bjerke. Great guy- he may be able to help.
