I've been thinking about buying the new goodmark fenders, inner fenders and SS hood for my 66 SS project. As you can see on my website (link is in my signature) I am going to need them very soon so I can get the body work finished.

I'd like to know what kind of experiences any of you have had with any (or all) of these pieces.

I've heard that Goodmark has come out with a new re-tooled stamp for the 66 fenders because they had too many complaints about the first release.
Has anyone got a Newer new fender from them? What do you think?

Goodmark generally turns out good sheetmetal. Occasionally, they have to stand down to make repairs to their tooling because of wear and tear on the stamps and dies during the manufacturing process. So what you said about the re-tooled stamps makes perfect sense.

Most of the posts I've read on this board regarding Goodmark products have been favorable. Keep us up to date on your project!!

so far in sheet metal bought L=R inner and outer wheel housings, L+R wheel wells, L+R fenders, L+R full quarters, L+R door shells and a hood. Everything was in really good shape. Very few problems with their products and they have been very helpful. IMAO

I bought the steel inner fenders fro my 69. I've only "test fitted" them so far, but they look like they will fit excellent...........

Just finished installing Goodmark inner fenders on my 70. Fit was very good!! I was impressed. I had bought another pair of aftermarket inners before the Goodmarks were available and they fit like garbage.

I have used their 70 inner fenders.A little thinner than OEM but otherwise excellent. I used a 70 fender.It was pretty good. I used their 70 80% quarters, excellent. I used a 70 cowl hood, Excellent. I used a 69 camaro cowl hood, excellent. 68 camaro door shell,pretty good. 68 camaro 80% quarters, excellent. Camaro inner and outer wheelhouse excellent.camaro rear body panel, Just OK. So imo, its more likely you will get a nice panel than not.Better odds than with some others.
