69chevellemalibu Mar 18th, 02, 9:50 PM Im still having trouble getting the back of my brace to line up to bolt on. I have a question. On the trunk floor braces where does the V shaped end fit into? The first cavity to the bumper or the closest one to the axle? Theres two cavities and i dont know which one to actually use. I have it in the one closest to the bumper. but it is not lining up right. fastss396man Mar 18th, 02, 10:41 PM The "V" end of the strap goes toward the bumper. There is only one place for it to connect. Check out my pics below. The last pic shows the fuel tank and straps.
