Also, has anyone here ever blasted the interior of their car?? Everything is out of the inside and was wondering if it is ok to do?? Rick_Nelson Mar 19th, 02, 10:32 PM Don't waste your time unless the car is almost completely disassembled (interior). No matter how well you tape off, the media compound will get everywhere. It does an excellent job however and won't pit the metal. The engine compartment is also empty, disassembled. I was more concerned with damaging, wraping the sheet metal. You would really have to get carried away with a media blaster to warp the medal. Media runs much cooler due to less friction created thereby reducing the chance for warpage. I have never had anything warped using media.
