Just wondering who has shaved there handles, mine are already done and Im getting ready to put in a Shaved Solenoid kit and Alarm system :D Probably going with Autoloc's kits. Either SVPROA5 (50lb) or SVPROA7 (75lb) Ive heard 50 is just right, just curious if anyone is running the 75lb solenoids, or less than 50?

I use 45 lb'ers on my Chevy II,tried 16 lbs and wouldnt pull the latch but the same 16lb'er worked on a 76 camaro.
I would think 50 would be fine...75 to much.

Yes I installed them myself.Pretty easy.At least for my car.But I just have buttons not to a remote.I also put a release cable hidden incase of electrical failure.I can email you pics if needed.
