How does the bottom plastic seat bottom trim secure to the seat? Does it screw in or is there some other method? My set on my car had were screwed in, but I don't know if this is how it should be done or not since the car looks like it was originally a bench seat.

The reason I am asking is that I ordered a new set and there are no holes pre-drilled holes for the screws, so it got me to wondering.

Thanks,

Bart

the seat bottoms screw into the seat frame.the replacement's that i used from NPD did not have the holes in them or the recess for the screw heads.

Does any aftermarket bottom trim come with the pre-drilled screw holes with the recess for the screw heads? I also got my from NPD, they are from PUI and I have to say I am not impressed.

I thought they were poor looking myself but after they were installed they did not look to bad. I had the original bottoms to use as a guide for the screw holes.
