I replaced the axle on my '70 Chevelle with a '69 Chevelle axle, and when I started to put the new shocks on they are about an inch short. The shocks are suppost to fit a '70 Chevelle. I don't know what kind of springs I have in the back, but it sits high, maybe HD springs or station wagon springs? Is there a measurement or something else I need to know? Any suggestions?:confused:
