I am completing the drum to disc conversion, just wondering how long will the bleeding process take? Is there a gravity method? Seems I had heard of that a long time ago, open the bleed valves and let gravity work for a while - or not .. idk. My wife will help me with the brake pumping tomorrow. I am beat, those bushings and ball joints are a$$ kickers. Dont know if Id do it again by myself --mebbee pay someone i think!!!!

thanks

I have 2 ways of doind it first is the gravity method. Open all bleeders and put a pan under each one and let em go until you get a steram flowing then start closing the bleeders farthest from master rr,lr,rf,lf. usually works well. the other way is with my homemade "power bleeder" which is a mason jar with a cheap harbor freight vacuum pump hooked to it and do it that way again from farthest point then forward.

Teach the wife, she will eventually get good at it and feel a part of the project :). I'm at the point with my girl that I can tell her to get in the car, with no explanation, and she knows what to do.
