And if you take super good care of your white seats...in ten years they will have such a cool patina that people will go that interior is frigging cool...In Tulsa there is an older gentleman who drives a 69 SS 396 with it's original interior...the car has 95K one owner miles and said old man is that one owner...he told me he has turned down 40 thinks he'll give it to his son or grandson...and when you look at the original interior with it's almost 40 year old intact every piece is perfect...you go WOW!
PUI is about as good as it gets...take care of it and it's like whiskey and wine...it gets better with age...my .02 :beers:
My '69 Malibu has what I'm pretty sure is it's original Parchment vinyl bench interior. The front seat is showing a little wear and I had to patch a few tears and popped seams. But it still looks decent after surviving 37 years, much of which I assume it was a daily driver. Parchment (kind of a pearlescent off-white) is my favorite color Chevelle interior.

The upholstery shop where I was trained at repaired the SS 396...the driver's side bucket welt cord was messed up...we left everything intact, carefully split it at its seam...wrapped the torn welt with about an 3 quarters of an inch of vinyl...and put her back together...not exactly the most sightly way to repair it but you just had to know the car...the idea was to leave it intact as possible BECAUSE IT IS SO ORIGINAL and in #1 shape...tales from the upholstery shop boys...true story...
