I had my 70 frame chemically dipped. It has a coating called OSPHO on it to prevent flash rust from handling. What would be the best way to prime/topcoat the frame? Also, do I need to do anything special with the OSPHO coating? Thanks...

Not sure about the coating that was put on after the dipping, but I had my '67 convt. frame powder coated. It really looks great.

I'd go back to the guys who dipped it and ask them about how to get that coating off before you proceed. Mine was coated with some stuff that would come off with just clear water and the guys who powder coated it, had handled the stuff before. So it worked out great.
