I have a power steering box part # 5691676 what car is this off of????

Sorry, it is just a casting number. Many, many different gears could have used that same casting. The only way to tell exactly what gear it is would be to find an ink stamp or a sticker with a two letter alpha code on the aluminum side cover or the aluminum end plug.
