I'm using the Global West upper a-arms and '78 B-car 12" brakes on my '66 El Camino. Can someone shed a little light on how you are adapting the calipers. I believe the '78 calipers are a metric thead and the brake kit I'm planning on uses a standard US thread. Did you have custom braided lines to attach the two? Is there something pre-made for this? Would a company like The Right Stuff or Classic Tube custom make an end that would be compatable with a stock '78 B car hose?

How about the brake booster/master cylinder combo? Where is the best (read that "least expensive") place to score one? What about the proper proportioning valve combination?

Thanks!!

If memory serves, you can use 69-up calipers from a chevelle on those rotors. That would eliminate the metric problem.
