Are the window wipers hard to replace??? I may not have the correct terminology... the rubber part where the window comes out of the body cavity.. and how do I go about this???

Just take one off and go to the parts store,you should be able to match something up .I changed the whole piece on mine to the newer type but if your thinking "original"then just go do some "matching"

I think what you are refering to are the window felts. No they are not hard to replace, but they are a little bit of a pain to get to. To replace the ones on my 71' I had to remove the back seat (bottom and back portions) to get the panels off to get to the ones at the rear windows. For the fronts, I just had to take the door panels off then had to loosen the window stops to lower the window glass enough to get a screwdriver to them.
Boy, now that I think about maybe they are a pain to replace...but they sure are worth it when you get every thing back together.
You can do it, just take your time.
