There is a real gold mine there { couple times over the asking price at least  }, but will only be realized if its handled slowly and correctly . Places like this are fast becoming extinct for any number of reasons { EPA, local / state government regulations, zoning , land value, etc. } and soon none will be left . Would love to visit their place and look / drool /wish / shop in person , LOL !! I wish them all the luck .........:beers:

Wow, cool.

Shipping cost? It would be easier to figure the moving cost to move there instead.

WITHOUT A DOUBT. Since you wouldn't need a job other than sorting and selling this stuff, I wouldn't think it would be a problem.

I have talked to the owner of the lot many times over the years. He lives in Vermont. Great person to talk too. He has many engines, anything you need he has. he was in an article of MOPAR, and stated he owned over 300 first gen Camaros, and 500 challengers, charger.

He told me a cool story about a local man who had a white 1968 HEMI charger. the cops couldnt even catch him. it was a great experience.

Looks like a bunch of crap-ola to me, if he would sell off that stuff on ebay he would get it, maybe not with only 50 restorabile cars in there and not all those are hot cars.

Then you have the EPA ,they are the gardians of the earth in their eyes thats why you wont see any oil coming from the US anytime soon.
Once a property changes hands they lay down the law on you.
He just wants to get out of that dump.

The 1.5 was for the "parts" then you would have to move and store it. It would be hard to find a place to store all that stuff, And years to inventory it. If you could pull that stunt off, You could probably triple or quadruple your money.

House payment 1.5Mil 12,000 a month

BETTER WORK FAST :clonk:

Why dont they just sell each car,Insted of the whole lot they would sell faster! To people that would enjoy it,instead of Mr money out the kazoo!!
