Hey, they're building a brand new Bobs Big Boy on Cherry and Willow in Signal Hill (a city in the middle of the city Long Beach).
Anyways, it open on Dec 11th; would be great to get a cruise night at the new Bobs, sometime in a few weeks after the rain completely stops; great way to meet some Chevelle/Camino people from this forum.

Just a thought, anyone intersted? :D

I cant imagine that.I left n. Long beach in 69.We used to ride our bikes to signal hill and there was nothing there but oil wells.There was a street on I guess it would be the south side we called airplane hill.What a ride on a bike!!!

I hope they continue building new Bob's Big Boy across the country !!! We need them back !!!

AT THE END OF THE MONTH: were going back to the Detroit area. I can't wait to get my hands on a slim jim sandwich & fries. or a Big Boy combo. plus the salad bar. ok enough already making myself hungry. RICK

I still want to do a hangout over at Bob's one night, but, and I apologize, I couldn't wait. I went there tonite and had a double Big Boy Hamburger, and the chili spaghetti - both of which I've not had in over twenty years.

It was just as good as I remember it being - maybe better.
