Me and my dad were building a set of cabinets for my mom out of a cheap plywood with a birtch face. It was 3/4 in plywood that was stain grade at 16$ a sheet from a local lumberyard. They said they cant get it anymore and google has no listing so i think they made the name nuttucker up. Anyone know of a place i might be able to get a pallet of this ply at or even the name to look for? Appretiate the help.

Ask a cabinet shop where they would get it..
Hopefully they will tell you if you explain that you are doing something for your Mom!
I had to cut a laminated cabinet top once and I just hauled it to a place in town here that does custom cabinets and their Shop Manager had one of his guys cut it using their GREAT BIG lasar-guided laminate top cutting circular saw.
I asked him what I owed for the cut and he just said, nothing and please remember them if/when I ever decided to build a new house! I thanked him and left.
