Tools needed= BFH and a press

BFH ? what for ? I think I payed around $30 for each side I guess it depends what kind of price you get.
and the BFH for beating the old LCA ball joint out so you can press in the new one unless you just press it out, faster to use a BFH , jmo

Also I plan on adding a sway bar to the car one day. For cars that came WO front bars, what needs to be done to FLCA's for them to accept the bars ?

Is it just a matter of driling a hole in it ?

I believe all lowers are drilled for sway bar end links.

Can you get them powdercoated ? I'm thinking maybe the powdercoat wont be able to flex with the part when it flexes while under load.

Also at autozone they say I have to chose between 2 kinds of bushings.
