This happened when I was installing my solenoids. The driver door is fine, works perfect. But I took out the little return spring on the passenger side, thats all I did, and now even if I manually pull on the latch, it still wont open. Very strange! I havent spent alot of time with it since this happened but so far no go..... any ideas?

Sounds like you accidently locked it. Check the tab on side of the latch.....in alot of cases you have you secure it somehow to ensure that it won't lock on you.....

I thought the same thing! It acts just like that. But it isnt locked. I guess its worth another check, thanks!

On a lot of latch designs it is easy to jamb the linkage if the lock mechanism and opening part were moved at the same time, some carefull picking with a screwdrived at the latch will usually free up the binding components.
