I bought a pair of aftermarket fenders off ebay a few months ago and today finally got to the point of test fitting them, and they suck. Has anyone had this problem and if so what did you do. i dont know how bad they are, but i know the Brace that runs horizontal about half way down the front of the fender(bolts vertically right below the head light) is about 1 inch to high, and the two top bolts that bolt to the radiator support are off about a half inch. can i make these work, or do i do what the A%%#### did to me and just resell them. I am real frustrated and dont know what to do. should i contact the seller? it was an independent seller in north jersey--not too far from me. thanks for any and all advise.

I would resell them and get some Goodmarks from a reputable dealer.

Are you trying to fit them with your front wheels dangling of jack stands? If so, that may be the problem. This happened to me and once I put the car on all 4's the fenders lined up.

I say dump em as well. You can get nice ones from Good mark for a decent price. YOu may even be able to still get em through GM depending on the year with a part number.

Have a body man come out to look at the fit on your car, maybe an expert can help,I have heard of poor fiting fenders before but nothing like your problem.Call the seller and see about a refund. If you payed with postal money order, you have certain rights, same with a credit card. And I think E-Bay has rules about this too.
