You only need to change length if the rockers not centered on the valve stem. Longer push rod will not give more lift if thats what you're thinking.

Pushrod length is usually to solve valve train geometry issues. When using some aluminum heads, roller lifters, decking the block etc. Custom length pushrods may be needed. The center of the rocker arm tip should start just before center of the valve tip. At mid way through cam lift it should be a little past center and at full lift it should be center of the valve tip. I am not aware of any performance gain in just using longer pushrods. Anyone?

Longer pushrods just mean you'll have a different adjustment to do to adjust your valves. You won't have to screw your rocker adjusting nuts as far as the rest of us. :)

They will not work for your application. You need stock length.

If you haven't checked your geometry with the new rockers, you have no idea what the correct length is.

Pushrods are the LAST thing you buy for a longblock. Too many other things affect the required length.

Time to buy an adjustable pushrod and a couple of checking springs.
