Summit lists the ARP flexplate bolts separately as internally and externally balanced. I have a set of ARP flexplate bolts that came off a 350 motor, but I want to use them on my 454. Internally balanced is part number is 100-2901, under head
length .680. External balanced is part number 200-2906, under head
length .725.
Do you guys think the 350 bolts would be safe to use?

Yes ;)
There is no difference in the flexplate bolts between internal & external

The second bolt is a 5/8 head bolt for the late 1pc rear seal crank.
