If all you need are bushings and pins plan on doing that rebuild yourself. The original pins and bushings are discontinued but don't fret, there is another way to do this job. I used door hinge pins and bushings for a 1990 Chevy pick up and just cut the pins down to size to fit the Camino hinges. It works, Check it out because the Camino tailgate hinges are long gone from the GM parts books.

Just go buy the pins and bushings at NAPA.. it beats used parts.

I was going to do this too, I thought that the pin on one of my hinges was rusted, but in fact when I took it apart, my whole hinge on one side was cracked and bent. I guess someone hit the tailgate pretty hard at some point in the last 30 years.. =[

Dont buy used pins and bushings, the chevy truck pins are pretty weak from the factory, and being opened and closed a few million times doesnt help. Plus removing those pins and bushings is tough and you end up destroying them. A good part store should have them and even most body shops as we replace tons of those pins and bushings.
