took out the wiper motor and washer assembly, the seal with the firewall crumbled. What do you use to reseal to the firewall?

Could not locate thru Ground Up...........anyone else have any help?

I used 3M strip caulk. Not "correct" but it definitely won't leak.

I did the same as what Rick mentioned. I was told it was called "rope caulk" though but it works great for this. Went to Home Depot and sure enough. Said it right on the box. Even stays pliable for years.

I use buytl tape. Can hardly put a car together without it.

I THINK it is still available from Chev part dept. I'll see if I can locate the part number.

Thanks guys, went and got some on my lunch hour..........I'll get it sealed up over the weekend. Looks like a good fix!
