Two questions:

I bought new bumper bolts from Goodmark. They came with "Stop Sign" looking washers. Where are these supposed to go?

Second, on the back bolt on the drivers side, I cant get to the inside the frame due to the bracing for the steering box to hold the bolt and tighten. What's the trick for mounting that back bolt on that side?

... I fear I may have answered my own question just now, but before I tear it apart again I appreciate any help you guys can lend me.

Thanks!

the stop sign type washers go on the bolts that bolt to the frame,as for the second bolt they are suppose to have a jamb nut that is why there is a square hole next to the bolt hole.hope that helps

The octagonal washers should have the hole in the middle offset. This is used to adjust the bumper up and down. These go on the front end of the bracket that bolts to the frame. The straight bracket should have two dimples pressed in into which the edges of the washers should rest. By turning the washers to different orientations you should be able to adjust the bumper up and down and the washers will hold it all in place once the bolts are tightened.

At the rear you need large c-clip nuts that clip into the square holes in the frame so you shouldn't have to hold the nuts in place.
