I need to sand & recoat my hood, I didnt get a chance to spray my next primer before 24hrs. I probably wont spray until next weekend now, does anybody know what grit paper would be acceptable for scuffing this primer?

Sure do!
Red Scuff pad will work just fine, or something in the 320-400 grit range will also work.
Be sure to wear a good mask as that DX1791 contains chromate and chromate dust can be very hazardous...Eric

Also something to note keep the film build of DX1791 down, no need to apply more then 1 light coat. If you apply too much DX1791 you can run the risk of poor adhesion and drying properties.

So I would probably give that existing DX1791 a good scuffing to help remove some film build then apply just 1 light coat graemlins/thumbsup.gif
