Go to Lordco and installl a block heater? Or should I reinstall the rad put antifreeze in and fire it up?? Please help

It might be a little work but to save the engine I would figure out some way to flush antifreeze through the block even if it takes putting the radiator back in.

Obviously get that water out. If it were me I would just warm the motor up a little (without the radiator)...open the drain plugs in the block and let the engine drain down thru the plugholes. Residual heat in the engine should get the H2O moving if it is getting slushy. If you already have a block full of ice well then you have a different problem than getting the now solidly frozen water out.
