should i paint the wheel wells and radiator support the same color as the car did anyone see that done before ?? how did it look??thanks for any idears

Show cars do that all the time. It looks great if you take the time to prep it all, otherwise it looks like dog-doo. You'd have to include the firewall and underside of the hood as well, otherwise it will look like you took a huge shortcut.
Black under the hood is always fine for me, but what the heck do I know? ;)
