I just bought a new qt. of ALL-Metal and it looks gritty? Does this mean its going bad?
Just doesnt look and work as smoothe as the last can I bought.
Should I return it?
thanks for any advise!!!

I would.. if it doesn't look as "Smooth" as your last can.. it may be drying/hardening.. I'd say return it and stay away from that LOT Number..

Definitely return the stuff. The aluminum body fillers are bad to set up in the can when they sit on the shelf for long periods of time. The "new" can you have has probably been sitting in a warehouse for quite awhile before ever making it to your local dist. The jobber should have no prob. exchanging the product for you or refund if you have the reciept.

Thanks for the replys!!!!
I think your rite Ill get it back asap.
Looked at it again today, almost like it has sand in it.
Also now that I think about it the hardner was open and the product was not smoothe at the top inside the can, almost like someone had stuck there finger onto it?
I think the shop was checking ot see if it was still good by trying a little sample.
I think I may try a different supplyer.
thanks again!!!! T.C.
