Does the rear bumper have to come off to romove the tail light housings on a 69?

Thanks.

Nope .... Should be 4 nuts accessible via the trunk holding the rear tail light extensions on. You have to be CAREFULL pulling them away, as they extend below the top of the rear bumper, and the studs DO break off easily.

EDIT pass side came off with no trouble. I guess the driver's side bumper is bent in some. I really only need the pass side anyway.
