You may have touched on this one already, but I was thinking that it would be useful to post some tips on repainting small body repairs that do not require the repainting of the entire car. I was thinking it could be helpful if you could share some tips on blending, color matching, etc. And there are still a lot of people who don't know you can paint enamel over lacquer but never lacquer over enamel (or do I have that backwards?)
Also, some might find it helpful if you could shed some light on repair techniques used on newer finishes like BC/CC systems and epoxy paints. For instance, are blending techniques the same?
Mainly, I was thinking that this one could be devoted to repainting techniques that are involved in repairing fender benders and minor accidents, when the car does not a complete new paint job.
No rush, just whenever you get the time. I know it takes a lot of time to write the 'basics' posts, but we do appreciate them a lot!!
