I have a 1971 chevelle with an exterior paint code of 43, but I don't know where to find the interior paint code. Can you help me? I found the exterior paint code on the metal plant under the hood on the driver's side. If I find the number then how do I find out what the color is called?

The tag you refered to is called the Trim Tag. On the left side of the tag you will see the letters TR followed by 3 numbers. That number will tell you the color of your interior and the seat type(bench or bucket).
Post that number and we can help you with the interior colors. Better yet, post all the info on the trim tag and we'll help you understand what they all mean.

730 is for Jade with a cloth & vinyl bench seat.

Also, the "G" after your paint code is for a green vinyl top.
