I don't want to paint it and find out later it won't line up with my SS hood. However before painting be sure to locate and drill the holes for mounting the "Chevelle By Chevrolet" trim script. Mine was missing when I purchased my Chevelle. The header panel obviousely had been replaced at one time and the body shop figured no one would ever miss the script.
