Tried to look up my carb # to purchase a rebuild kit, and I could not find it. Anyone know what it is? The # on the Carb (4bbl Quad) is 17057209; second line is 0677 AKW Thanks!

That carb is for a 1977 Something! I found a 17057210 carb for a 77 Vette, even looked at all the other GM products with Quadrajets for 77, but that number only came up on a bulletin with some revisions to the carb adjustments. Your local parts store may show the application in their book as many aftermarket carb kits fit more than one car.

Bob,
If it is not your original carb, it is possible that it is a marine one. They used some oddball numbers that never show up in the rebuild kit books. Mercruiser used nothing but q-jets for a long long time and I have seen a lot of them end up on cars.

I could not find this number either. For whats it worth I have an GM to AC-Delco cross reference book and 17057209=AC-Delco part number 24-3286. Here's the other part numbers thats cross reference to this AC-Delco PN,
17057203
17057219
Of these numbers only 17057203 is listed in the interchange. It was for 1977 Chevy's and was a model M4MC and for 350V8's. It either like Bill says or for some other specific application that appears not to be automobile.
0677 appears to be a date code June 1977??
