I'm almost through replacing my floors etc. (65 Postie) and I'm not sure if I should replace my quarter panels. They are rusted at the wheel well lip and behind the wheel well but those pieces are available separately. My "problem area" is where the quarter meets the rocker panel. There are some small surface rust spots on and extending up from the seam but it looks spotless inside (no rust and the rockers are perfect). I'm worried that I won't get all the rust if I just treat the surface. Any thoughts would be appreciated. :confused:
