Are you sure that the next to the last digit is an 8 and not a 3? If its a 3 making it 346236, it is a 112cc 454 head that was on a 75-76 truck. If it is indeed an 8 then its not in my book. Hope this helps :D

Are the intake ports wider than tall??

If so, they are probably -236 jobbers that we call peanut port heads b/c the ports are so small..

Great torque heads or when worked over good fine for a mild smaller BB like a 396/408 or so, imho..
