take a look at these pics guys and tell me if i should sue this guy, his add on Ebay said rust free and no bondo, when i got the car home look at what i found and this is only part of it.i tried to get my money back but he said i bought the car AS IS is he right? i only ask this question because i want to be right before i get legal help

Hey Cooltime, is the posting still on Ebay? can you print the posting? get ahold of Ebay and ask them for help. if this guy posted it as "rust free, no bondo " and lied sue his a#@ off and if he is a frequent seller post negative feedback so everyone knows how this guy operates :mad:
