I have started patching my floor and will be done this wkend. Should I spray corrless out of a cheap spray gun, brush it on, or use etch primer.

The entire floor will be bare or scuffed.

Thanks

In my opinion the Corroless looks a lot better sprayed on, it will leave brush marks if brushed on. Just use a cheap spray gun, it will come out fine.

just a FYI,
you can get a rechargeable aerosol sprayer from paint supply stores for around $10.
I use them all the time and have had great sucess with them.
After you purchase the sprayer for $10, additional aerosol charges are about $4 ea.

chris71,
I prepped and painted my floor of the 70 Chevelle with POR-15. With a sponge brush it comes out really smooth when dry.

Course, I had no holes to be patched, but just wanted something on the oxidized areas I cleaned up.

But, I always have a least a quart of POR-15 around, and have not tried Corrlos stuff. Metal etch works good too, but wouldn't depend on rattle can on an area that is covered by carpet.
