i was going to paint every thing off but when i painted the doors with 4 coats of yellow and the next day i could see it needed more so its going to get 6 coats of dbc whats with that yellow i thought it would cover my yellow primer in 2/3 coats

Yellow normally doesnt cover very good.
Just ble glad its not GM's Indigo blue, you'd be spraying 8-9 coats!

i bought 5 qts of paint,i will buy 1 more for a total of 6,and clear i used a 1/2 gal already so i will buy another gal ,i always have clear on hand so if i have to much it just goes to next job
